What it does

You never call a tool yourself. You ask in your own words and the assistant picks. These are the things it can pick from.

Everything a mailbox can do, offered as tools

List, search, send, reply, forward, move, flag and archive. Create events and find meeting times. Download, parse and upload attachments up to 150 MB. Resolve a SharePoint link and read the file.

Shared mailboxes, named in the request

Every tool takes a mailbox argument. The assistant can read careers@ and reply as billing@ in the same conversation, with the shared scopes you granted.

Your mail is never stored

Messages pass through memory to answer one request and are gone when it ends. Not cached, not logged, not used to train anything.

An activity log you can read

Which tool ran, against which mailbox, whether it worked and how long it took. Never the subject, never the body. Kept 180 days.

One consent link onboards a whole company

A single Azure app serves every customer. Tenants that block user consent get one admin link, and everyone there is covered.

Installs in one click where the client allows it

Cursor and VS Code take a deeplink. Claude Code takes one command. Everything else gets a config you paste, with your key already inside it.

    Sign in with Microsoft

    Standard OAuth with PKCE. We never see your password, and you choose which mailbox the assistant should work in.

    Create an access key

    Shown once, stored only as a hash, revocable in one click. Keys belong to the organisation, so someone leaving does not break them.

  3. 3

    Install in your assistant

    Pick your client. The portal watches for the first real call and tells you the moment it lands.

Only what you can already do

Delegated permissions. The service reaches the mailboxes you reach and no others.

Tokens sealed with envelope encryption

Each record has its own AES-256-GCM data key, wrapped under a root key held outside the database.

Keys shown once, stored as hashes

Revoking takes effect on the next request.

Operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. Encrypted daily backups. Logs redacted before they are written.
